I've been coming to this location for a year now, and so far they've been great, giving me the exact style I want while being friendly and courteous. Today the customer service was very good, but the haircut itself was BAD. I showed my stylist a picture and she only glanced at it before beginning to clip without asking how short I'd like the sides and back. She kept me turned away from the mirror the entire time, but when I finally got a glance at the mirror, it was far too short! I have very straight hair, and cutting it too short makes it stick up and out, so she had to use a mountain of product. If she would've asked or given me a chance to tell her how I wanted it cut, I would've avoided having to wait another three months before it's the length I wanted it to be. Despite the bad haircut she was still very polite and so was the rest of the staff. I think she was a little misguided on her intentions with my hair type.

Haircut itself was alright. I forgot who cut my hair but it was the guy with the nails. My complaint is that he charged me for the MVP service without asking if that's what I wanted to pay for. He should've told me that would've been an extra charge. Feels kinda sly.

2 stylist working, with a waiting room full of customers.I sat in here for about an hour and still had several people in front of me that apparently checked in online.Sorry but a couple of hours for a haircut is just to long..
